Train the Support Team

A Kaltura Professional Services consultant will provide a training session covering the following topic(s): Qualify an internal inhouse Tier 1 Video support

How to solve many of question and laminate most of your tickets by growing your inhouse support team with the knowledge needed. The session will prepare your support team with the knowledge they need to support others by getting all best practices to use and manage Kaltura products. The support team will learn how to troubleshoot common issues and can practice with Kaltura trainers.

  • This is a private training available for new and existing customers.

  • Prerequisites sessions: KMC, MediaSpace Essentials and Admin
